Staying for 3 nights in a Standard Double or Twin Room with Balcony was wonderful. The room was spacious and bright, featuring comfortable premium bedding, which made for great sleep after our daily adventures. Breakfast was a highlight with the 'live cooking' option, allowing guests to enjoy freshly prepared omelettes and a variety of local dishes. The access to the swimming pool was easy, perfect for morning swims before exploring Zakopane!

The bathroom faucet could use an urgent replacement.

i had such high hopes for this hotel, but the service was tragic. the wi-fi completely failed me after the first night, leaving me in the dark. not to mention, i expected fresh towels and mugs every day, but nope, nada. after such disappointments, i thought a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but guess not.

The breakfast is solid, plenty of local polish dishes, lekker start to the day! And oh, the sauna—total bliss after a long day hiking. Got a sweet mountain view from our room balcony, just breathtaking!

Only thing, the staff sometimes seemed a bit overwhelmed during busy times, but still friendly enough!
